Junior Engineer- Manufacturing

Successful candidates will have the opportunity to learn and understand the manufacturing process from product design and mold-making to injection molding, spray painting and pad printing, assembly and packaging finished goods.
Duties include:
- Reviewing new product samples from creative and technical design teams
- Work with designers to ensure new products are suitable for mass production and automated production
- Monitor production lines for efficiency or quality issues, and analyze the problem to find the source and the solution, working closely with Engineering Department and production workshops
- Design assembly jigs and fixtures
- Design production line layout for maximum efficiency
