Mô tả công việc

– Participate in the development of company products, including receiving project requests from the research department.
– Conduct surveys and gather information about project requirements.
– Analyze and propose models and solutions based on the gathered requirements.
– Provide business-oriented advice based on personal analysis and research.
– Write technical specification documents such as SRS, BRD, create wireframes, use cases, and hand them over to the development team.
– Coordinate with related departments (QC, UI/UX, Developer) throughout the development process to ensure clear understanding and alignment with project requirements.
– Perform other tasks as assigned by the Director and department head.
Location and working hours:
– Working hours: Flexible Working Hours: Monday to Friday (8am – 17:30pm), with flexible working hours and remote work options.
– Work location:
Onsite: Lot 05 – Lot 06 Area A2, Phuong Trang high-rise commercial urban complex, Nguyen Sinh Sac Street, Hoa Minh Ward, Lien Chieu District, Da Nang, Vietnam.
* Accept remote work for candidates residing in other provinces

Yêu cầu công việc

* Qualifications:
– Graduated from College, University, or specialized courses in Information Technology or related fields.
– Strong requirements documentation writing skills
– Proficient in presentation and content visualization.
– Proficient in creating mind maps and using tools such as Figma, Draw.io for diagramming and mockup.
– Excellent communication skills, strong analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and flexibility.
– Logical thinking, quick grasp of business concepts.
* Preferred (not mandatory):
– Experience in product projects. (Domain: Affiliate Marketing, SaaS…)
– Experience in implementing projects with a large user base.
– Proficient in Agile/Scrum software development process.
– Relevant Business Analyst certifications.
* Experience:
– Minimum of 02 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a Scrum development model.
* Skills and Qualities:
– Strong logical thinking and algorithmic skills, problem analysis, and resolution.
