Mô tả công việc

- Solve student support cases assigned by the Student Care Supervisor.
- Communicate with parents to update and answer inquiries about students’ progress, suggest extra materials, and practices if needed.
- Assess students and design personalized learning paths for students to reach learning outcomes per request by parents.
- Contact parents and solve complaint cases related to academic matters.
- Train and supervise junior members of the team as required.
- Maintain and work to increase the rate of students continue to study month by month
- Working hours: Working 6 days a week (1 flexible day-off), fixed shift A and possibly rotating shifts a few days a week, according to the following shifts:.
+ Shift A: 8:30 - 17:30 (fixed shift)
+ Shift B: 14:00 - 22:00 (rotating shift)
+ Shift C: 8:30 - 12:00 then 17:30 - 22:00 (rotating shift)

Yêu cầu công việc

- Academic background and qualification: University degree in English Pedagogy or University degree with teaching experience are preferred;
- At least 2 years experience in a similar role, candidates with background in education services are preferred;
- Customer-oriented, student-focus mindset;
- Strong office productivity level & time management ability;
- Good communication skills in Vietnamese;
- Eager to learn, ambitious and energetic, team player;
- Responsible, hard-working and ready to work to meet deadlines;
- Attention to details is a must.
