Operations & Logistics Executive

*** Operations:
- Meet/exceed the set operation budget.
- Monitoring loading list for CMA group vessels.
- Ensure all containers are gone with correct Vessel/Booking and POD and utilize max ship’s capacity and slots allocation.
- Meet customers’ need and problem solving
- Send report/baplie/TDR and SLC upload
- Close contact and frequently communicate to all parties involved to ensure smooth vsl navigating for berthing, unberthing and ship operation at Da Nang Port and Chu Lai port (including Pilot , Port Authority of Danang , Port Authority of Quang Nam, Husbandry Agency at Da Nang , Husbandry Agency at Chu Lai, Danang terminal , Chu Lai Terminal )
- Handle transit cargoes from Danang to Cai Mep, from Qui Nhon to Danang

****Logistics:
• Monitor the empty container stock, FIFO & IDLE
• Co-ordinate with Share Service Center to have container tracking updated in system
• Logistic reports
• Depot inventory: Perform depot inventory every month or quarter
• Intermodal: Order service, follow up progress, issue TO to facilitate the payment
